Super breakfast for nursing moms

I love seeing what other breastfeeding mothers have for breakfast. I’m always on the search for products that increase milk production, keep you full, nutritious, and taste good. This has been my go to breakfast lately. Oatmeal increases milk production and this oatmeal has flax and chia so they are healthy fats!
